Last night we kept commenting on how pristine the campground is. Today in our walk exploring the city we find the entire city is pristine. Very lovely. 😎
When we got here yesterday they said they were fully booked. We forgot it was Easter weekend and we're in Utah! They offered us a temporary spot with electricity and water but said no wifi or cable. No problem.
We picked up 45 channels on the antenna and my phone has unlimited data and can be used as a mobile hotspot if we want to watch streaming TV. 👍
Because there was a wind storm advisory for this afternoon and evening with winds at 65 mph, we decided not to drive anywhere but go walk about in the morning and get back before mid afternoon when it was supposed to really kick in. By 4 pm the RV was rocking and rolling! By 4:45 we reached gale force winds. Interesting experience.
This city is very artistic with sculptures everywhere and today there was a big art festival downtown. It was aimed at families and had so many interesting experiences for children.

| First Mormon Church built in the west in 1871. We toured the Visitor's Center which was interesting. There are major renovations being done which should be finished in November. |

| Don't know the significance of this structure in the park. Popular though. |
A sample of some sculptures we ran across.
We ran across this statue of Robert Gardner Jr. one of many early pioneers who helped settle Salt Lake City, St. George and Pine Valley. Born in Scotland, we wondered if he could possibly be related?
